Mighty Missionaries Minimize

Mighty Missionaries
m&m's
M&M's stands for Mighty Missionaries on a Mighty Mission, based on the Great Commission,  Matthew 28: 19-20
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.  And surely I am with you to the very end of the age."

Purpose:  This program is designed for all children Grades 3-6 and their families and firends.

M&M acitvities provide opportunities for families to play together, grow in fellowship, and share their faith with each other and the community.

Goal:  Because we know families are busy, as often as possible, M&M activities are coordinated with Church, Sunday School, Midweek School, and VBS programs.

We also plan a variety of other activities that include family game nights, bowling, picnics, Easter caroling, trips to the nature center, fishing and summer camp.

Activities include Dad, Mom, sisters and brothers of any age.  If for some reason parents are not able to attend an activityl their child/children are welcome to participate.

Your Suggestions, talents and skills can enhance our programs and richly bless our youth!  If you would like to participate and make a diference in young lives,
please call the church office - 866-5878.

Our Theme for M&M Camp 2009 was Make me, Mold me, Move me!

We learned that God not only made the world, he also made each one of us as his best creation.  Then he remade us in our baptism!  We learned that God molds us to be his faithful children and his Mighty Missionaries by learning about Jesus, studying the 10 commandments and being raised in the Christian church.  Made and molded God moves us to spreak the fruits of His Spirit whenever and wherever we find ourselves!

Our remodeled Monster Maze, Major Muscle Mania, Monday Madness, the Eye Walk, Talent Show, Fireworks, swimming in the creek,  a 40 foot repelling tower, and the High Ropes were just some of the highlights.

We love and thank everyone who helps to put M&M Camp together.  This takes a lot of volunteer hours from a lot of volunteers.  Thank you so very much.

Stay tuned for the 2008-2009 Schedule
